Dale Johnson, a lifelong resident of Carroll County, is part owner of Duffey Realty and serves as our Managing Broker. He has served the West Georgia and East Alabama area for 33+ years. During that time, Dale has gained extensive knowledge of the local markets and tremendous insight into the Real Estate Industry. His expertise benefits both clients and Duffey agents on a daily basis. Dale enjoys guiding his clients through all types of transactions, including residential, commercial, farms, land, and property management. 

He is currently a local director for the West Metro Board of Realtors® and has been involved at the state level with the Georgia Association of Realtors®. Within the West Metro Board of Realtors® he has earned various awards including The Crystal Phoenix Award, 2015 Realtor® of the Year, and Phoenix Life Membership into the Board’s Top Producer Club. In 2020, he was awarded with the HomeSnap's Excellence In Client Service Award.

Dale is married to Andrea, and he and his family attend Southern Hills Christian Church. He is also a supporter of the University of West Georgia Christian Campus Fellowship, where he has served as a Trustee and Board Member. When he has spare time, he enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits.
