So grab your gumdrops, sharpen those icing skills, and join us for our Community Gingerbread House Competition! Now through December 22, 2025, we’re inviting creators of all ages to bring their most delightful, whimsical, and deliciously designed gingerbread masterpieces to the Duffey Realty office.
Family entry? Solo creative genius? Kids, adults, grandparents?

How to Enter
The rules are simple (and sweet):
Everything except the support base must be edible
Support base may be no larger than 20"
No purchase necessary—just holiday cheer!
Drop off your creation at the Duffey Realty office Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM, on or before December 22, 2025. Don’t forget to attach your entry form so we know how to reach you if you win! We're located at 1441 N Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117.
The winners will be announced Tuesday, December 23rd at 12:30 PM on our Facebook page.
Prizes Up for Grabs
Three tasty awards will be given:
🎄 Best Overall Winner – $100 gift card
